This was a fantastic trip, Antony the guide was very knowledgable, not just talking about the history, but the culture, the plants just about everything. If you’re worried about how strenuous it is he stops very regularly, so you may get hot but never out of breath. All in extremely enjoyable couldn’t recommend it more . One tip we went in April which was perfect warm sunny but comfortable, not sure how it would be in very high temperature but I guess you just need to dress appropriately . Don’t wear trainers wear proper walking boots or shoes

Great hike. Beautiful scenery. The guides were fantastic. It is moderate level of difficulty. Not for the out of shape occasional walker.

This was an absolutely wonderful tour. Our guide Francis was so knowledgeable about the area along with all the different types of flowers and plants. He answered any questions we had and gave us some fantastic recommendations for the rest of our visit. The hike itself was gorgeous, I could have stayed all day. This is an absolute must if you are in the area and I highly recommend Francis.
