Good commentary. Great way to learn about Bordeaux.
Reviews: Saint Emilion Half-Day Trip with Wine Tasting & Winery Visit from Bordeaux

Our guide, Hugo , was fantastic. His knowledge was excellent and he spoke perfect English. He had all kinds of interesting facts about the region and wines in general. The small chateau we visited was wonderful and actually preferable to a much larger chateau

Our guide, Lud Milla, was punctual, friendly, and very pleasant. She recounts the history and culture of the region in a way that makes you want to listen and participate in the discussion. The fact that she is fully bilingual was also a plus, as the group was very diverse. The experience was superb from start to finish, including the visit to the vineyard, whose hosts were also very friendly. We even bought some good wine on our way home! The village of Saint-Émilion is very charming, and the macarons we received were a lovely surprise. It's a 10/10 for us! Amanda & Arsène S.
Reviews: From Bordeaux: St-Emilion Day Tour with Tastings and Lunch

Antoine, our guide for the day was just lovely. He was both knowledgeable AND funny. He kept us amused through the journeys to and from the different chateau's whilst giving us a lot of information about Bordeaux and it's wine production in the different regions. He explained about appleations in different regions too! Our lunch was good, although a warm main course would have been preferred. I don't think it was just me who found this to be the case, as I noted several others of our group didn't eat theirs either. All in all a great day out - the sun even came out meaning the use of the thoughtfully prepared umbrellas, were not required. Casper, our tour guide at the last Chateau, gave a very informative commentary, which again had just the right mix of factual information and also humour. Thank you Antoine! Liz & Chris Grocott UK

Wine tasting and lunch at the second château, St. Emilion. Gabriel, our knowledgeable guide, was very friendly and informative.
Reviews: Full-Day tour to Saint-Emilion and Margaux, from Bordeaux

This is a great all day tour for anyone keen on learning about two of the wine regions in Bordeaux. But be warned, they will NOT wait for you if you’re late for the pickup. I got stuck in traffic and got there 15 minutes late - I ended up finding my way to Saint-Emilion to join the group. So plan PLENTY of time to travel to the meeting point. Overall, I learned a lot on the tour. The guide, Valentin, was friendly and so were the guides we met at the various châteaux. Also, the lunch was delicious!
