Bigbus buses are often delayed and don't have the most buses among the many local sightseeing buses, but I still trust their Chinese-speaking commentary.★

This tour covers a bit of everything for people who are interested in historical landmarks and wish to see a bit of Berlin. It’s easy to get on and off the bus to explore everything further. You can either use the hard copy map or app which makes the route easy to follow and navigate to see all the landmarks noted.
The only downfalls with the additional audio purchased is that not all the files would play for each of the landmarks and it wasn’t explained that an additional app was needed to be installed (easily rectified) prior to us boarding the bus.
I would still highly recommend this tour with the audio recordings as you could follow the route (like Uber) and you knew when the next monument etc was coming up for listening to the audio recordings.★

I had a very meaningful experience on the Sachsenhausen tour, largely thanks to our guide. She was a kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable woman who handled such a difficult topic with great care and respect. She explained everything clearly, with sensitivity and empathy, making it easier to understand the history without losing its seriousness. At the same time, she occasionally included light, appropriate humor, which helped ease the tension and made the tour more engaging without being disrespectful. She gave attention to everyone in the group, making sure each person felt included and had the chance to ask questions. She was very attentive and always ready to help. I truly appreciate her approach and would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a thoughtful and educational experience.
