Val d'Orcia: Wine and Food Tasting at a Podere

We will start with a guided visit by the wine connoisseur to the vineyard where Sangiovese grapes grow: you will learn about the biological cycle of the vine and how the biological treatments are done.
Then we continue towards the cellar and the Wine Odeon. You will learn about the production process of wines in Tuscany, which dates back over the centuries and you will see the Wine Odeon: a spectacular room where wines are let in wooden barrels rest for long time.
Finally it's time to taste: relax on the panoramic terrace, let yourself be amazed by the magnificent Val d'Orcia, while you taste the typical food of the territory: Tuscan salami, different aged cheeses, the Seggianese Olive Oil and other specialties to pair with the fragrant glasses of red wines!
