Get to know the different tastes from the region and combine Green wine with Port wine!
We will learn about the culture, history and delicacies of Porto and the Northern Region of Portugal.
First, we will have a Green Wine Tasting at a local tavern in Porto focused in regional specialties.
We continue our way through the historic center of Porto, make our way down to the Douro River while seeing some highlights and hidden gems of Porto with a stop for a Douro DOC wine from the famous Douro Valley.
Once in Gaia, you will have the best views before we continue to the Port Wine Tasting with 3 different types of Port wine and nuts. Dive into the endless world of Port and learn about its production and what makes it so special.
By the end you will understand why green wine and port combined with heritage and culture makes up the soul of Porto.
