A truly fantastic night watchman tour through Quedlinburg! Klaus guided us through history with charm, wit, and a generous helping of old sayings – lively, entertaining, and never dry. His extensive knowledge of Quedlinburg, its half-timbered architecture, and the many small historical details was particularly impressive. He was supported by his charming companion, Andrea, who complemented the tour wonderfully. Together, they made the evening enjoyable, interesting, and very warm. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience history not from a textbook, but with humor and atmosphere!

Not for the tour, but Quedlinburg is terrifyingly "dead" due to the extremely high vacancy rate. Many restaurants closed simultaneously in January; lunch was only possible in one café.
