If a cancellation request is submitted before 08:40, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 08:40 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

Volcanological guides are available for hire at the volcano; it's a free service offered by Vesuvius National Park
*In case of cancellation, the customer will not be refunded for the entry ticket fee of the mount Vesuvius National Park (€12), as it is non-refundable.
In case of closure of the Vesuvius National Park due to inclement weather, the tour will instead include a visit of the Herculaneum excavations.
