The tour is well organised and suitably paced. The day before, the organiser contacted me and informed me about the pick up time. They arrived as scheduled, and arrived at the bottom of Ba Na hills on time. The bus is modern and looking good. The guide is friendly and helpful, and allows sufficient time to experience properly, in my opinion. As a matter of feedback, they could share the entrance QR codes via WhatsApp or similar instead of trying to take a photo of their phone. Great experience overall, I'd certainly love to do it again.★

The price was fantastic, it's more expensive on site. They sent us photos 24 hours in advance of what it would look like upon arrival, and what kind of sign there would be. There was a man with a sign at the exit… Three minutes and we were all through…★
