Osaka Castle: Museum and Tower Entry Ticket
Highlights
All visitors can use the elevator up to the 5th floor. From there, stairs are required to reach the 8th floor and descend to the 1st.
Toyotomi Ishigaki Museum: Full elevator access is available for those with mobility needs.
Upper floors are narrow and can get crowded, so strollers are not allowed inside. Free stroller check-in is available at the ticket gate.
Osaka Castle Tower: 7 wheelchairs available, for in-building use only.
Toyotomi Ishigaki Museum: 2 wheelchairs available, for in-building use only.
Free audio guides in Japanese, English, Korean, and Chinese (limited quantity).
Reception hours: 9:00–17:00; return rentals by 17:30.
Osaka Castle Tower: No photography on 3rd & 4th floors due to cultural assets.
Toyotomi Ishigaki Museum: Photos allowed of stone walls only. No video recording.
Closed from December 28 to January 1 for New Year holidays. Please do not select dates within this period, as admission is not possible and vouchers cannot be issued.
