Fabio, our chef, explained all the steps of the cooking process very well. We had been in Spain for 2 weeks and tried other paellas. However, Fabio’s paella was the best. He really knows how to cook a good seafood paella. The drinks, snacks and sangria, also included, were appreciated.★
