The tour guide plans the itinerary according to the weather. When it looked like it would rain, he told us to go to other attractions first, and the waterfall would be last, so we only got a little rain (the original itinerary would have left us soaked until the end). Along the way, the guide told us stories about Iceland, introduced the attractions, and reminded us of important things to note – he was incredibly kind! It was a wonderful experience! (I chose the English version!)★

I joined the tour on the first night after arriving in Iceland. Luckily, it was a beautiful sunny day, so I was able to see the Northern Lights! The hot chocolate was delicious, too! If I had to say something negative, the bus was about 10 minutes late (which is normal overseas, so I guess it's within the realm of acceptability), and since buses from various tour companies stop at the bus stop where the tour was held, you have to make sure which bus is for your tour.★

The entire flight trip was excellent value, but the so-called overseas service representative from Ctrip was completely clueless and inexplicably contacted me a day in advance to ask if I wanted to change it to the day before. When I asked if round-trip transfers were included, she only told me to check the helicopter service provider's confirmation and call the airport myself to confirm. Booking on the helicopter website would have the same price, and I wouldn't have needed this unnecessary intermediary. I don't understand why Ctrip provides such an unnecessary service.★

This is seriously the coolest museum in Reykjavik. You don't see something like this everywhere. That's why it's also the most visited museum in Iceland.
