We start this activity with a hike about 30 minutes to a Mountain Lake. There you will learn optimal breathing and we will show you all the techniques for ice bathing safely. If you want, you can make your first attempts under guidance and climb into the ice water. After the ice bath, we will show you breathing techniques to increase your body temperature. We then hike back to the starting point. You will learn a lot about the benefits of cold treatments in beautiful nature and experience the beneficial effects of cold on the body and mind. In not suitable weatherconditions we take the ice bath in special tubes and take a rewarming hike afterwards.
