Reviews: Kudu Trail Horse Riding Experience
Guest User2025-12-18
This tour was an absolute stroke of luck! Michaela was so friendly, she chose wonderful horses for us, the ride through the Little Karoo desert was breathtaking, and being on horseback is simply a different experience. I would highly recommend booking this activity to everyone; I'm sure you won't regret it!
Reviews: KLEIN KAROO at Oudtshoorn QUAD BIKE FUN RIDE

Emmanuelle was excellent throughout. Took us through the safety and operation briefing. More importantly, as it was our first Quad Bike experience he took us slowly to start then allowing us to go a little faster. Will definitely be doing it Aragon when the situation allows.

The tour with Hazel was fantastic. Everyone's talking about how dangerous it is. We're really enthusiastic about the tour! Very touching, and ha, there are some things we're not sure about, but then again... that's life. For example, he buys a bridge bag with contents (pencils, etc.) for the poorest children who don't have a backpack. Upon arrival at the school, the contents go to the staff office. But we still highly recommend it.
Reviews: Monkeyland Guided Tour in Plettenberg Bay

Supporting wildlife sanctuaries can be a bit of a guessing game in South Africa. Some reserves claim to be sanctuaries but allow touching and petting and feeding or purchase animals who should remain in the wild. Monkeyland is a true sanctuary. It is part of SASSA - a local sanctuaries alliance and endorsed by WildChoices (WildChoices is a non-profit company dedicated to improving the state of the captive wildlife tourism industry). Monkeyland provides a home for primates which were rescued from zoos, labs, circuses or were unwanted pets. Monkeyland is a world leading refuge and the lemurs, monkeys and apes here roam freely. There are awesome opportunities to learn about primate behaviour from the guides, take photos or videos or just watch the animals grooming, feeding and swinging. Our kids are 5 and 8 and they loved every minute of this tour. Warning - please listen carefully to the guides, they advise visitors to put away sunshades and if you ignore them your property is likely to get pinched by some of the clever animals. We loved seeing the White Handed Gibbons and the lanky Black Spider Monkey. Please consider the purchase of a square metre of the Forest on behalf of the monkeys. The goal is that they will eventually own their own home!
Reviews: 1.5-Hour Seal Viewing Boat Tour in Plettenberg Bay

Such a great experience. Everything we have expected and more. Layne Wilkens is an absolute star with the deep knowledge and passion for everything related to ocean. The team was amazing- I can't really swim, but someone was with me in Water at all times to ensure a smooth experience. We visited a colony of 7000 seals (with lots of pups), seals were friendly and curious. Once un a lifetime experience- I highly recommend!
