I just returned from the tour yesterday, thanks to the guys for such an unforgettable experience!!! The organization was fantastic. We had a fantastic time, even though we didn't speak the language. They picked us up from the hotel, took us on the boat, and met us there. Thanks to our driver-guide, Bagus, and our driver, Komang, they were wonderful and polite. They took amazing photos and videos for us. The tour included all entrance fees, toll roads, and lunch. I highly recommend these guys 🫶

Overall, the service was good. I saw manta rays and almost saw a sea turtle. There were many beautiful small fish. The staff did their best with the photos, but because the snorkeling area was so crowded with people on all the boats, the photos were taken rather hastily, which is understandable. The staff member's service was excellent; he even asked if everyone had seen manta rays.

Very convenient! Buy your ferry tickets in advance on Ctrip, and remember to screenshot the confirmation email after receiving it. We overlooked this and had to open it at the airport, resulting in a chaotic situation. We departed at 7:30 AM, taking a Grab to the hotel "Sanur Agung Hotel" opposite the pier to avoid traffic. Note that for the return trip, walk to the hotel entrance to hail a taxi; it's half the price of taking a taxi from across the street from the pier. After getting off the Grab, walk into the pier, find the ticket exchange point, exchange your ticket, and receive a red tag. Then walk towards the ticket hall. Staff at the entrance will stop you if they see a red tag, give you a QR code ticket, and then just follow the crowd. Don't board the wrong ferry.

The itinerary was well-planned. A driver picked us up from the hotel to the pier in the morning and helped us exchange all our boat tickets and boarding passes. A dedicated driver from the island picked us up on the boat to Nusa Penida; he was a very friendly young man (special praise!). We chose the east coast route, first visiting the Teletubbies exhibit, then the Treehouse area. There are several photo spots at this location, all requiring an entrance fee; we only chose the treehouse photo spot, which cost 750,000 Indonesian Rupiah. Photo opportunities are timed, two minutes per person, starting from when you begin climbing the stairs, so be sure to prepare in advance.


