[About Ramen]
In our cooking class, we focus on the ramen broth. You can usually find ramen noodles near your place, but not the soup. That's why we will teach you how to make authentic Japanese ramen broth!
(*We do not make noodles in this class. Instead, we will show you how to prepare delicious broth with ingredients and seasonings you can easily get at home.)

[Toppings of Ramen]
· Miso Ramen: boiled egg, bean sprouts, green onions, and sweet corn
· Shoyu Ramen: chicken, bamboo shoots, and green vegetables

As you can see, we use simple ingredients for ramen toppings. This is the typical style, both in restaurants and for homemade ramen. Toppings should not have a strong flavor, because the broth already has a rich taste. A good balance between broth and toppings is very important. That's why we only use simple toppings, such as vegetables.
