ESTANCIA 25 DE MAYO

At Estancia 25 de Mayo, we offer the following options:
- COUNTRYSIDE AFTERNOON
- DINNER SHOW
- COUNTRYSIDE AFTERNOON WITH DINNER AND SHOW

For the COUNTRYSIDE AFTERNOON option, we will pick you up from your hotel starting at 4:30 PM and take you back at 7:15 PM.
For the DINNER SHOW option, we will pick you up from your hotel starting at 7:30 PM and take you back at 9:30 PM.
For the AFTERNOON AT THE RANCH WITH DINNER SHOW option, we will pick you up from your hotel starting at 4:30 PM and drop you back at 9:30 PM.

You can choose from the following options:

- COUNTRYSIDE AFTERNOON WITH DINNER SHOW
- DINNER SHOW

Once we arrive at the estancia (ranch), we will welcome you around the campfire with our guide, who will tell you about the history of Estancia 25 de Mayo, and then you will enjoy a cup of café carretero, mate, and tortas fritas (fried cakes).

We will observe the sheep being rounded up on horseback and with dogs. Afterward, we will move to the pens where we will separate the sheep, and then we will enter the old shed to watch the sheep being sheared using shears, as was done in the past.

We will visit the wool mill, where the spinners will show us the garments made from wool and tell us about the wool-making process. 

We will walk to the deck overlooking the Calafate Stream, where we will be welcomed to enjoy lamb confit bruschettas and mountain wine.

We will visit the chicken coop and the organic vegetable garden.


If you choose the DINNER SHOW option, we will pick you up at your hotel at 7:30 PM.

We will conclude the tour at “El Quincho,” the dining hall of Estancia 25 de Mayo, where the Dinner Show awaits us.

The dinner includes:

Includes a folklore show with live musicians.
