This tour was amazing from start to finish. Monica our tour guide was full of knowledge and such a lovely lady interacting with us all. We felt very safe with the coach driver too. At the end of the tour she even recommended how to spend the evening. We took her advice and went for dinner to the Navigli canals she told us what metro to catch and where to get off.

A very good tour, 3 cities in 1 single outing, a Swiss combination with our guide Allusion, who was very friendly and professional in presenting each city we visited. The boat trip across Lake Como was magnificent, and the time allotted to explore the city center was quite sufficient, so really nothing to complain about. The organization, punctuality, and dynamism were excellent. I recommend this outing to all lovers of nature and discovering small villages nestled in the mountains.

The trip was amazing, The bus pick up point was easy to find and left promptly. The guide was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We didn't have a great deal of time in Tirano due to roadworks on the way, which was fine. The train journey was breathtaking! As soon as we set off all the windows in our carriage came down which surprisingly didn't make the carriage cold at all. There were superb views at every turn on both sides. Doesn't really matter which side you're seated on as you could easily stand up to see the opposite side and take photos. When we got to St Moritz we were told to be back at the bus after only 1 hour which wasn't enough time really but we weren't that impressed as it was super busy, so if you wanted a drink, you were in a queue for about 15 mins waiting - the same for food. If felt very rushed. I agree with others who have commented on here about spending more time in St Moritz and perhaps on 20 mins in Tirano. Brilliant experience and well worth the money

Be careful if you're using the bus during the Olympics. Because roads are closed, even if you go to a location that's been announced in advance, you'll be told, "The bus doesn't depart from here." Be careful if there's an event going on. The bus was comfortable and there were no delays.


