The elephant camp is clean, well-equipped, and the staff are friendly and proactive. Towels, shirts, showers, shampoo, and hairdryers are provided on-site—very convenient! Highly recommended!

You can exchange your ticket at any self-service ticket machine or manned counter. However, if you arrive in Ueno or Nippori, we strongly recommend purchasing your return ticket in advance. The lines can be incredibly long if you're trying to purchase your ticket on your return day!
