Very professional and friendly local tour group Vienna Sightseeing for bus and boat trip (1 stop 25 mins). Confirmation and instructions were sent prior to the trip. Two breaks on and to Hallstatt for food (self-paid) and toilet break. A lot of free-time (3 hours in our case) at Hallstatt for Skywalk and visit the town.★

It was such a pleasant trip! The customer service was very patient in explaining everything. After placing my order, I received an email informing me to wait at my hotel reception at 6:45 AM. The driver would pick me up and take me to the bus pick-up point to the left of the opera house. The customer service representative would call my name from the electronic list. Throughout the trip, the tour guide provided explanations, and I used a translation app to translate everything simultaneously. Even if you don't speak English, it wasn't a problem. As long as you knew the pick-up point and the meeting time, and confirmed with the tour guide again, you could relax and enjoy the trip while taking photos.★

Visiting Hallstatt, Melk and Salzburg was amazing-but be warned its a LONG day trip with more time in a van than touring the towns. Still worth it and our driver, Darko, was very informative and was flexible to shape the day how we preferred. The locations were gorgeous!! Be sure to discuss the different routes they can drive because we missed going through beautiful mountain views for one possible stop at a Sound of Music location. When booking we didn't understand fully what we would see along the way. Once our driver knew I was a Sound of Music fan that determined our route- but foggy weather did prevent us fro seeing some areas as you will see in my pictures. If I had this to do again - I would do a day trip to Salzburg by itself so we could have enjoyed that area longer. The time in Hallstatt was perfect. Weather wasn't great in Salzburg but skipping around the "Sound of Music" fountain with my grown kids made it all worth it. Overall, a great day trip!★

Overall, the trip was excellent. It was a large group, split into several buses. The itinerary was tight, but there was enough time. Our guide, Olga, provided excellent explanations and service, and the driver drove smoothly. The entire experience was great. The only issue was that the meeting time was 7:30 AM, but upon arrival at the meeting point, we couldn't find the exact location. They had simply posted a large A4-sized notice, which was completely obscured by the crowd and impossible to see. Calls to the notice went unanswered. Furthermore, upon arrival, there was a very long queue, with only one person verifying information, making the process extremely slow. We didn't get our turn until 8:10 AM, boarded the bus at 3:15 PM, and departed at 8:20 PM. While this didn't delay the trip, waiting in the cold weather for 50 minutes was far too long. I hope they can improve on this.★
