How to use
Standard Cabin and Crystal Cabin holders can enter directly with e-voucher and valid ID, while Panoramic Cabin requires paper ticket exchange at the counter.

Please note that the departure and return flights of a round-trip ticket must be used on the same day.

You may need to wait in line during peak season
All admission tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold or exchanged for cash. Purchased tickets cannot be transferred or replaced.
The person who booked the admission ticket must also be the ticket user. A valid ID must be presented for verification when using the ticket.
Smoking and drinking are prohibited. If discovered by staff, you will be asked to leave immediately.
Only service animals with valid ID are allowed; other pets are not permitted.
