Our driver, Ah Zhi, was very humorous and explained everything clearly, including the precautions for each place. The restaurant he recommended for lunch was also excellent. The sights along the way were all beautiful. When we arrived in Shangri-La, he even planned a route based on our hotel bookings and dropped us all off at our hotels – a truly wonderful experience. Baishuitai is definitely worth a visit.

We got up a bit early, but there were very few people at Tiger Leaping Gorge, making it easy to buy tickets and take photos. On our way back, it got busier, and some photo spots even had queues. Following our guide Yang's instructions, we took the escalator all the way to the end, and then went back to take photos at each escalator stop on the way back. It went very smoothly; for older people, paying 70 yuan for the escalator was a great deal. We saw all the planned attractions, and had plenty of time to explore, making the trip truly worthwhile. A word of caution: the so-called Upper Tiger Leaping Gorge (Shangri-La section) is actually the same place—the dangerous section with the Tiger Leaping Rock. The section across the river is the Lijiang section, which doesn't have escalators.

First of all, the customer service was excellent, helping me resolve car issues before departure. Secondly, the driver was very nice and patient; when a minor accident occurred during the trip, he patiently helped resolve it. The customer service representative was also very helpful in communicating and resolving the issue. Overall, it was a very pleasant group tour experience, with no shopping stops and no mandatory meal arrangements. I highly recommend this travel agency for a Tiger Leaping Gorge day trip.

Itinerary Planning: A Perfect Balance of Depth and Leisure We were drawn to their itinerary design, and it certainly didn't disappoint! The itinerary was well-paced and not rushed. All the classic sights were included, with ample time allocated for leisurely appreciation and photography. We were able to deeply immerse ourselves in the local culture and lifestyle, which was definitely one of the highlights of the trip! This was my first time joining a tour, and I had a great experience. I saw the sunrise over Meili Snow Mountain, and I was very satisfied with the whole trip. They even gave me free cold-weather clothing and oxygen tanks, which was very thoughtful. The driver in the car with license plate number 2999 drove very fast and steadily, arriving at Meili Snow Mountain first, which made me very lucky to stand in the front row to see the snow-capped mountains (if you arrive later, you'll be in the back). Highly recommended!


