The itineary was quite full and there were a lot to see in the Marble Mountain and Hui On City. I thanked our guide Nam for his very thorough and interested introduction of the history and stories of the places we visited. Our request to visit a church on route was also entertained gladly. Thanks to our driver as the rerurn journey was long especially due to the traffice jam when local people drove their motorcycles home after work. We reached the port on time.★

Overall, the itinerary was good. The only slight disappointment was that our group wasn't given the option to kayak; we were just given a boat tour instead. Some members of our group booked through local travel agencies at the last minute, and the platform price was 50% more expensive than booking directly locally. They felt the current price was really not worth it.★

We booked the 3-star tour for our Ha Long Bay excursion, and it was absolutely excellent and well-organized from start to finish. The experience far exceeded our expectations.
Our guide, Tung, was fantastic—humorous, knowledgeable, and efficient, making the day both fun and informative.
The boat itself was a highlight: modern, spotless, and clearly well-maintained. We noticed it stood out compared to others in the marina. It felt genuinely luxurious, featuring reclinable chairs on deck and even a jacuzzi.
The seafood lunch on board was fresh and the service was great throughout. While drinks were not included, they were reasonably priced for a tourist attraction.★
