We booked the 120-minute combo of body massage and nourishing shampoo, and it was the best experience we had in Hanoi! I was a bit nervous since there was no time slot reservation, but the English-speaking male receptionist welcomed us right away, and within five minutes, we were having a relaxing foot soak and tea. We were then ushered to the 3rd floor for the massage. The one-hour full body massage was amazing — my masseuse kept checking if the pressure was fine and had truly magical hands. My husband’s masseuse was equally great and relieved all his knots. After that came the head, shoulder, and neck massage, hot stones, a facial, and a mask. They even shampooed, conditioned, and blow-dried our hair after rinsing the oil. I was so relaxed I actually dozed off toward the end. Definitely worth trying! We went to La Spa 16 — highly recommend!★

The technician sister's skills are very good, much better than the experience in Taiwan, the favorite hot stone massage part, overall is very good; The fly in the ointment is a bit embarrassing that my seat is just at the door, there is a small part of the curtains that can not be pulled, the glass from the outside can be seen, but it seems that they did not find out, please ask me to change clothes directly. Then the curtain of the compartment will not be pulled up during the shampoo process, others can see, shy people may be more uncomfortable. Finally, the counter service staff took the initiative to ask if they were willing to tip. In fact, the overall service is good and I feel good. I am willing to give it, but the various places that deduct points are really uncomfortable.★

Our guide, Tiger, and the entire group kindly waited for us for 25 minutes this morning as we were running late for our taxi to the bus. We joined this full-day cruise tour and it was a great experience. The guide was excellent, and the pickup service was smooth and well organized. The buffet lunch was good, and we enjoyed the three activities (cave visit, kayaking or bamboo boat, and swimming or hiking). The wine-tasting sunset party on the ship was a nice highlight. The drop-off service was also good. Special thanks to our guide, Ronny, for making the trip enjoyable.★
