The spa is kept clean enough considering how popular it is. The thing that really let this place down for me was that people would smoke in the spa area despite the no smoking signs and staff did nothing to stop this. This ruins the relaxing experience for me.

The performance venue, located in a shopping mall, was very accessible. Since it was situated inside the mall, it was especially convenient to arrive early to shop and enjoy a cup of coffee at a café. The performance was more immersive than I expected, and the food exceeded my expectations. I took a local family from Shenzhen with me, and everyone praised the food.

I’m incredibly happy with the experience. The hair & makeup was done PERFECTLY, the staff was so kind and generous. I came with the specific vision and they did their 1000% efforts to bring it to life. I had a great time with trying on the outfit and selecting and exact makeup and hair I wanted for my look. The photos are done in a specific way (posing, props) by all photographers in the area, so it’s up to you to book the premium package - I did and didn’t regret it, but cannot say that others were worse. Lastly, finding the place was difficult - look for M Stand Coffee, the place is to the right of it through the glass doors (it’s a maybe 10 min walk straight from the South gate).
