Reviews: Tromsø: Arctic Fjord Cruise & Fishing Experience

It's a pity we didn't get to see the aurora borealis; it even drizzled that night. Our guide was a Turkish guy, and his service was pretty good, but it was still a shame. We drove to Little Beach, an aurora viewing spot, more than an hour from the city, but still didn't see the aurora. We built a campfire and provided snacks and drinks 🥤. Since it's a natural phenomenon, there's no guarantee we'd see it, so we couldn't get a refund.

The guide was so radiant; her energy and good humor were admirable. She made our day wonderful, and the visits were accompanied by detailed explanations at each stop. I highly recommend her!

A wonderful activity exploring the Norwegian fjords and spotting wildlife from the boat. We stopped more than three times to fish in different spots and enjoyed a delicious fish soup prepared by the guides. The bathroom was very clean, and they had drinks and snacks available. Thanks to the captain and the team of guides who were very attentive at all times, ensuring a unique experience! The best fish soup we've ever tasted! 😍

A wonderful experience discovering the history and tradition of Arctic cod. The guide was knowledgeable and friendly. The products we tasted were excellent, but don't expect dinner. The museum we visited afterwards was also beautiful, focusing on Sami history and Tromsø's navigation.

Fantastic trip. Kurt was an excellent guide full of lots of interesting information but who also knew when to stay quiet and let the spectacular scenery do the talking! Exceeded my expectations but was everything I could have hoped for- felt very authentic and close to nature. Thanks!

If you love animals, this is absolutely perfect! A really lovely and well-organized experience, from start to finish. A pleasant 30-minute drive each way, with beautiful views of the mountains. The snow we were going to walk in was very deep today, so despite our warm outerwear, we were all recommended to borrow the place's warm long jackets and waterproof thermal boots. We were happy about that, also because the dogs are happy to jump up a little, and the puppies can bite the jackets a little. We had a lovely walk in beautiful surroundings and could easily have gone longer, as you are almost dragged along by the dogs, which you take turns holding. Coffee break along the way, with the opportunity for photos. Good time to cuddle with all the dogs afterwards, who were all very friendly and wanted attention. We also had a visit to the puppy farm. Lovely fish soup (or vegetarian) with bread, and chocolate cake in a cozy lavvu, with both a fire and heat lamps. Likewise hot drinks. We, as a family, enjoyed the whole trip very much, despite the snowstorm.
