High tides in Venice can delay entry to Doge's Palace, suspending pre-reserved priority access by the palace administration, especially around October, November, and December.
Due to Venice's unique morphological structure, it cannot be guaranteed that the entire tour is accessible to wheelchair users or people with limited mobility.
In order to use the app you have to bring your charged smartphone, headphones for the audioguide, and internet access to download the audioguide. You can also download the audioguide beforehand by using the link found in our Crown Tours voucher. Please make sure you have 300 MB space on your smartphone for the app.
