I had the impression that it would be difficult to get through to a reservation overseas, but I was able to communicate with this company via app messages and phone calls. They were happy to accommodate my date change, and they also delivered my forgotten shoes to a nearby store within a few hours of contacting me, which was very helpful. I think the quality of the seats is on par with other reviews.

My guide Gobinda was a really heartwarming guy who was offering help in any situation. He is very experienced and made this 2-day trip pleasant. The view of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountains was also spectacular!

Before using this, I activated roaming on my phone from a network in Thailand, but when I arrived in China, I encountered problems that they couldn't resolve. Thank you so much, Sister Anxin, for being our driver for this trip! It was a full 10 hours! She took us to the Mutianyu Great Wall, the Summer Palace, and as our last stop, the Water Cube/Bird's Nest. (She contacted us in advance to arrange the locations and times for our visits, allowing us to relax and have a completely carefree experience. It's perfect for families or families with elderly members. She also kindly reminded us to leave early to avoid Beijing's traffic jams. Everything went smoothly, and the kids had a blast! Thank you!)


