The check-in and the itinerary by the tour agency was smooth. Guide was proficient on history. But itinerary was abit tight...not much time to do longer shopping at Toledo and Segovia.

1/2 day (5 hrs) tour is great. Tour guide is very knowledgeable. It was a pleasant afternoon. I would have never ventured to Segovia without joining a tour
