If a cancellation request is submitted before 09:30 4 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 09:30 4 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

•The Colosseum security checks the names and ID cards of each visitor, so the wait can be longer than expected

•We recommend comfortable shoes

•This tour operates in all weather conditions. The Colosseum management does not provide the possibility to amend or cancel the admission tickets, so we are unable to refund guests who do not want to join the tour on a rainy day

•If you arrive late for the meeting time, it will not be possible to join the tour or reschedule because tickets cannot be amended or canceled

•The itinerary may vary depending on weather conditions or other events beyond the travel agency's control

•In July and August the tour lasts 2 hours due to the excessive heat, and the itinerary may vary
