I only used this service for a one-way trip from Malpensa Airport to Milan Central Station. I considered the Malpensa Express, but chose this service to save money. I bought the ticket on the day of travel, and it was fine. I didn't know where the platform was, but a staff member kindly showed me the way. It seems to run once an hour, so if you get on early, you'll have to spend time on the train until departure. You have to pick up your own luggage. I was worried about my luggage being mixed up or stolen. If you're worried about that, I recommend sitting near the entrance/exit.

Convenient departure point from Central Station. Good bus. When you board, they give you a ticket with your return departure time. We've used this route twice already.

A superb tour with Marta, who showed us the cathedral and castle from a very interesting perspective. She adapted to our wishes and pace. Thanks to Marta's knowledge and cheerful disposition, we had a wonderful time combining culture and relaxation.
