If a cancellation request is submitted before 08:30, 5 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 08:30 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

Keep in mind that there is a dress code at the Vatican. Shoulders and knees must be covered for both men and women
There is no luggage storage available on-site
You must bring a valid ID both for adults and children
St. Peter's Basilica may be closed on Wednesday mornings due to the weekly Papal Audience. It may also be closed during religious ceremonies. In this case, you will be provided an extended tour of the Vatican Museums
