The best experience in Rome. Laura was the best tour guide - very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend.

The ticket delivers on its promise! You will pick up your official ticket right in front of the queue, on the other side of the sidewalk. Easy pickup, but please note that everyone who will be using the ticket must be present together. No queue, just a security check which is extremely fast.

The reception desk was helpful and pleasant. However, there was a problem with the tourist bus; ticket exchanges were never carried out on the bus. The driver and staff seemed stressed. The bus stop was chaotic and the route wasn't followed, hence the discrepancies in the comments.

Marcello, our guide, was excellent. He was very friendly and patient, and he needed it with an annoying mom who tried to use the tour as her classroom, taking away from the other tourists. His knowledge surpasses that of anyone else I have used.

99% of people need a guide here! It is too much to see and understand just by yourself. So many incredible historical and architectural things to see and every style of art by the most famous artists. 3 hours wasn’t enough! Sandra did an amazing job explaining all the basics and was quick to explain more in detail when asked. She was so kind and knowledgeable!

The tour was very informative. The tour guide was amazing. She told us about the historical information and also answer the groups questions. I will book again with family when I back..
