Reviews: Omnia Vatican and Rome Pass: Top Attractions and Travelcard

It was great that we were allowed to skip the lines at the entrances to the Vatican Museums and the Colosseum. The metro ticket only worked after our second visit to the office (hence the one-star deduction). Otherwise, everything went smoothly.

Professional and very friendly staff on site. The museum itself is a grand affair with a capital R. It's a shame you have to queue despite paying the entry fee, especially since the weather wasn't cooperating (rain). A mini guide (1-2 pages) would be helpful, explaining what to see and how to visit, so you don't miss the main attractions.
Reviews: From Rome: Pompeii, Amalfi Coast, and Sorrento Day Trip
Guest User2026-02-13
I really enjoyed this day trip! If you’re looking for a way to pack in Pompei on a quick trip to Rome, it is really a bang for your buck to be able to have transportation, entrance, and a guide prearranged. Our guide gave lots of information about the Rome and the areas of Italy we were driving through. Transportation was a charter bus with air conditioning (comfortable enough for me to fall asleep in). Sorrento was a nice bonus, but unless they change the schedule, you will likely arrive during the afternoon when most shops are closed. Still lovely to see the city, and some of the inlaid wood shops were open, which were beautiful. The free limoncello was a nice touch, and it was overall a long!! but enjoyable day. Bravo Barbara especially!!
