I was unsure about the meeting place, so I came to check it out beforehand, confirmed with the staff that it was the right place, and then made a reservation on the spot. The staff were very kind! Each gondola holds 5 people. The ride takes about 30 minutes. If you're not particular about the route, I think this experience is great! However, there was no walking guide as described.

This was an amazing experience! It was a long ride but they make a nice stop where you can buy something to eat/drink and use restrooms. Eddie was a great guide! Very kind and knowledgeable. The gondolas ride was so beautiful and worthy! The San Marco piazza was a nice area as well. Definitely book this trip is you have time during your Milan stay!

Beautiful tour. Our guide, Chiara, was extremely knowledgeable and very good and interesting (one of the best guides I've ever had). The tour was very exciting, engaging, and useful because seeing those beautiful places with someone who explains what you see and tells you the history of the places and of Venice is something else entirely. It's absolutely worth it, and the price is fair for the excellent service provided and the time and care put into the tour.
