How to use
Customer support will confirm your itinerary via WeChat by 9:00 PM the day before (local time) at the latest. Please check your messages. If
If you have not been contacted within the time limit, please contact customer support.
1. After successful booking, guests will receive a travel confirmation letter via the provided email (no need to print, simply show the electronic version on your mobile device);
2. On the day of travel, present the passport of the booked traveler and the confirmation letter for use.
3. On the day of use, please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 min before the departure time.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00 7 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 20% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 70% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 95% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
1. The instructor is only responsible for explaining skiing techniques and cannot attend to all guests in the group simultaneously. We appreciate your understanding.
2. Please follow the instructor's guidance and proceed according to your own skill level and comfort.
3. Before boarding the cable car, the instructor will provide safety advice based on your skill level. In principle, every guest can ride the cable car, but please try to follow the instructor's safety recommendations.
4. Depending on the ski resort's operating conditions, we may cancel the trip or change the ski resort. If we cancel the trip, a full refund will be issued.
5. The itinerary duration is not precise. If needed, we will make up the ski duration. It may end at 6:00 PM.
