As someone who doesn't usually leave reviews, I absolutely have to give our tour guide, Sakura, a huge thumbs up for this Mount Fuji private tour! I was surprised to find it was a global group tour, and the guide switched seamlessly between English, Japanese, and Mandarin. Her explanations on the bus were lively and engaging, and she took excellent care of everyone in the group, being incredibly witty and humorous!
This trip was incredibly lucky. We saw the breathtaking Mount Fuji, and the meeting times at each attraction were perfectly timed. We even made it back to Tokyo Station before rush hour! It was such a fortunate trip!★

The service was incredibly responsive throughout. I inquired months in advance, and the staff were all very friendly. Our guide, Mr. Long, was also fantastic! His service was absolutely amazing – a superb smile! His driving skills were top-notch, he was very punctual, and we chatted and laughed the whole way. He even recommended some attractions and good restaurants! He was also very thoughtful (providing directions to restrooms, dining options, etc.). The weather was perfect too! Absolutely amazing! They also have tours to Izu!! And this year's mild winter meant the cherry blossoms in Izu bloomed a few days ago! Everyone, go for it!!! Contact the shop and make your plans now!!! Be sure to wear sunscreen, as the sun is incredibly strong!!★

Our tour guide, Jeff, was wonderful. His explanations were humorous and fluent in both Chinese and English. He maintained a good balance between explanations and rest time on the bus. Because Jeff and the driver were familiar with the attractions, they were able to avoid crowds and drop us off at the closest points, saving us from getting lost. I highly recommend this tour. It includes visits to four attractions without extra entrance fees, and we even got to make pineapple cakes – they were delicious, and I regret not buying more! It was a bit of a shame that the early bird sky lanterns had to be shared, so we paid extra for them. However, the photographer who helped us take photos with the lanterns created a great atmosphere, which was wonderful.
