Tour guide Sun Nan was very professional and managed the time very well. He answered all the questions and explained each attraction clearly, giving us enough time to move around freely. The meeting point was right by the Starbucks at the east-shiroku exit of Hakata Station, and we departed right on time. Some tourists overslept and didn't even wait. They were very punctual.
The bus was in excellent condition, with plenty of air conditioning. The guide was very welcoming.
Kumamoto Castle and Mount Aso were both great. Despite the heat, Kumamoto Castle was worth visiting; it's air-conditioned and offers a panoramic view from above. There were also many delicious dishes on the first floor. The horse meat fried cakes were delicious, and the limited-edition watermelon soda was very quenching.
Due to Mount Aso's active season, we couldn't get the bus to our nearest viewing location, which was a shame.
The ice cream on the mountain was delicious and worth trying. The set lunch menu was also good, though a bit pricey up there. The air was nice, and walking on the grass was much cooler than at the foot of the mountain.★

I specifically wanted to visit Aso, so I looked for a day trip. This tour was absolutely the best choice! Our guide, Takyeonji (Mira), took such great care of us that we had a wonderful time and took so many great photos! Thank you! Mount Aso is truly amazing, and the hot spring town is amazing too! Even if you don't soak in the hot springs, you can use the foot bath for free, which was a great touch.★

I was really excited to go up to the fifth station of Mount Fuji this time, because at the foot of the mountain, I went in early November and it was already very cold almost zero degrees. It looks more spectacular above, the sea of clouds is also beautiful, there are many shops around to browse, souvenirs, food and buy, there are also horse riding activities above, but because of time I did not try, the leader arrangement is also good, but because time is tight, so if you can stay a little longer. The itinerary has three o'clock, 5th station, hidden things Hakkai and Gotemba outlet, in fact, the trip if extended a little to 7 to 8 pm disbandment, so it would be better, the tour fee charged a little more do not mind in fact, each place can be a little longer!★

I thought it was absolutely fantastic in every way! We booked the trip at the last minute, around midnight, and the customer service was incredibly responsive and patient. We booked a round-trip bus tour for two people at a very reasonable price, as it was a one-stop service and we didn't have to worry about booking tickets. Our driver was a very friendly guy from Northeast China, and the tour guide was also wonderful. He remembered every tourist and immediately noticed when we were behind. He provided bilingual translation throughout the trip, and his speech was witty and polite. 🥹🥹 The experience was truly exceptional, with no hidden costs whatsoever. The tour guide even helped us save money by telling us which restaurants were cheaper. We departed promptly at 8:00 AM and arrived in Tokyo around 3:00 or 4:00 PM.
It was a very enjoyable and unforgettable trip to Mount Fuji. I hope we can meet again when I have the chance to visit Japan again! 🥹★

The tour guide contacted very promptly, the route of the itinerary was reasonable, the choice of attractions was also very representative, very classic, and there was a suitable time to play after the attractions. It is a very nice choice for not familiar with the traffic route and not wanting to bother to do the strategy. Very recommended!
