• To participate in the Cloud Walk experience, all participants must meet the following requirements: - Height: At least 1 meter (3.28 feet) - Age: 5 years or older - Children aged 5-12 must be accompanied by an adult - Weight: Under 100 kg (220 lbs) Note: Minors aged 12-18 may experience Cloud Walk without adult supervision only after their guardian has signed the Cloud Walk Safety Agreement in writing.
• To participate in the Cloud Soaring experience, participants must meet all the following requirements: - Height: 1.2m (inclusive) to 1.85m (inclusive) - Age: 12 years old (inclusive) to 65 years old (inclusive) - Weight: 35kg (inclusive) to 100kg (inclusive) - Eyeglass prescription: under 600 degrees (not inclusive) Note: Children between 1.2m (inclusive) to 1.4m (inclusive) in height or between 12 years old (inclusive) to 14 years old (inclusive) must have a guardian sign the Cloud Soaring Safety Agreement in writing.
• To participate in the Sky Traveler experience, all of the following conditions must be met: Height: 1.2m (inclusive) to under 1.9m Age: 65 years or younger Weight: 95kg or less (Note: Participants aged 14 or younger must be accompanied by an adult.)
• It is recommended to wear comfortable, lightweight, and slip-resistant shoes, as you may need to walk long distances during sightseeing. Athletic shoes are a good choice.
• Strictly adhere to all rules and regulations of the park, and follow the guidance and instructions of the staff.
• When taking elevators or participating in specific activities, please queue in the order arranged by staff. Do not cut in line or operate equipment against regulations to ensure your safety and maintain a smooth, orderly sightseeing experience.
• When experiencing high-altitude activities such as suspension walkways and giant swings, which carry certain risks, always wear the provided safety equipment correctly and carefully check that it is secure and reliable.
• Keep your personal belongings such as mobile phones, cameras, and wallets safe when carrying them with you.
• Take good care of public facilities and the environment in the park. Do not carve or damage facilities, and do not litter. Keep the park clean and beautiful.
• If you feel unwell during sightseeing, such as experiencing dizziness or palpitations, especially when participating in high-altitude activities, immediately inform the staff nearby.
• In the event of temporary park closures due to special weather conditions or emergencies, please remain calm, follow the staff's instructions, and cooperate with evacuation procedures or await further announcements.
