1. We recommend arriving near the base one day in advance to check in, and bringing your original ID card (international travelers should bring their original passport).
2. Avoid excessive alcohol consumption the night before skydiving and do not eat too much before the activity. Diving within 24 hours prior to skydiving is not permitted. Pregnant women, individuals with a history of heart or brain conditions, severe hypertension, or other special circumstances cannot participate in skydiving. If you experience any discomfort during the activity, promptly inform your instructor.
3. It is recommended to wear comfortable, casual clothing with minimal buttons, and opt for sneakers or canvas shoes. Make sure to wear shoes that won't come off in the air—high heels or sandals are not allowed.
Weight limit is 90 kg (overweight participants must pay an additional fee; please contact customer support for details). Skydiving is not allowed for those weighing over 115 kg.
The minimum age for skydiving is 6 years old, with a minimum weight requirement of 30 kg. Passengers under 18 years old require written consent from a parent/guardian.
6. There is a slight chance of camera equipment malfunction, and any resulting shooting issues may qualify for a refund or modification of the shooting fee (subject to the terms of the venue agreement).
7. The skydiving altitude is based on the airspace application height, and the freefall time is for reference only. The actual skydiving altitude and freefall time may be adjusted by the instructor due to uncontrollable factors such as weather/airspace conditions.
8. Skydiving is subject to weather and air traffic control restrictions. Customers unable to skydive on the scheduled day may request a reschedule or free refund, but we are not responsible for any additional losses incurred. We appreciate your understanding.
