How to use

Address: Shanhu North Road, Xiufeng District, Guilin, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region

Ticket redemption address: Ticket office of Two Rivers and Four Lakes pier in Guilin. Please refer to the SMS notification for details (you must present the corresponding boat ticket and a valid ID to board).

Ticket redemption times: Two Rivers and Four Lakes night tour (5:30–10:30 PM); Four Lakes day tour (morning session: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM | afternoon session: 12:00–5:00 PM); Four Lakes night tour (6:00–9:00 PM)

Children under 1.2m in height can enter for free (no seat provided, 1 child per adult). Children 1.2m and above require an adult ticket.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

Boarding requires presenting the corresponding boat ticket along with a valid ID. Passengers without these will be denied boarding at the attraction.
Each cruise will depart strictly on time according to the scheduled departure time slot. Passengers who fail to board on time will be considered to have voluntarily forfeited their boarding rights, and the attraction will not wait for late arrivals.
Once the boat ticket is issued, no refunds or exchanges will be provided if the cruise cannot be taken due to reasons beyond the attraction's control (such as weather, emergencies, or other force majeure factors).
If visitors miss their cruise, they may request one change to a later departure time slot on the same day, subject to seat availability. Please coordinate with the attraction's dock staff for details. Changes are only valid for the same day. If the change cannot be made or if the visitor misses the cruise again, the boat ticket will be automatically voided. The attraction assumes no responsibility for any resulting losses or itinerary impacts, which shall be borne solely by the visitors.
To ensure onboard safety, flammable, explosive, toxic, or hazardous items are strictly prohibited. Pets are also not allowed on board.
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the cruise throughout the journey, and intoxicated individuals will be denied boarding. Please comply with the attraction regulations to maintain a safe and comfortable cruise environment for everyone.
