Arrive at the skydiving center 15–30 minutes in advance.
Enter with your electronic confirmation (no need to print) and valid passport. Arrive at the designated location by your scheduled time (latest arrival time). Late arrivals may result in direct flight cancellation, and any losses due to cancellation or delay caused by the passenger will be at their own expense.
Step 2: Enter info and complete safety training
Register your information and complete the corresponding fitness form and liability waiver. After the fitness test, staff will provide skydiving instructions and knowledge briefing, and conduct pre-skydiving warm-up exercises.
3. Boarding preparation
Please follow the skydiving staff's instructions carefully!!!
4. Skydiving after takeoff
The plane will climb to 3,000m+ and stabilize, then follow the staff and instructor's guidance to proceed with skydiving in order. The instructor will accompany you during the skydiving, so no need to feel nervous~

Instructions - BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Due to the popularity of this activity and participant limits, please book early if traveling during peak season.
1. Skydiving activity reference duration: approx. 3 hrs (including training, skydiving, and photo waiting time). This is for reference only - actual duration may vary depending on participant volume.
This product is only available for individuals aged 18–60 (those under 18 or over 60 cannot book).
3. Skydiving has strict time requirements. If visitors cancel or miss the skydiving time due to personal reasons, our store does not accept any refund requests. If you choose not to complete the skydiving during the activity, it will be considered as your voluntary forfeiture, and no fees will be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
4. If skydiving cannot proceed due to weather conditions or other reasons at the skydiving base, a full refund will be issued (excluding the 1% credit card processing fee for credit card payments). No refunds will be given for personal reasons. The refund processing time is 6–8 weeks. Please consider carefully before booking if this timeline is a concern.
5. This itinerary is non-refundable and non-changeable once booked. However, if the activity is canceled by the base due to special weather conditions on the day, refunds or changes may be arranged after verification. If canceled due to weather or other reasons, and if you have booked a transfer service that was actually provided, the transfer fee will not be refunded! Please consider carefully before booking if this is a concern!
Skydiving has strict physical requirements: males must not exceed 100 kg, females must not exceed 90 kg. BMI values must not exceed 30 for males and 27 for females. BMI is calculated as: weight (kg) / [height (m) * height (m)].
Skydiving takes place at an altitude of 4,000 meters and may cause temporary ear ringing. Therefore, participants must not engage in any diving activities or consume alcohol within 24 hours before skydiving, as this could potentially cause eardrum damage. Similarly, skydiving is prohibited within 24 hours after diving. Pregnant women, individuals with a history of heart or brain conditions, those with severe hypertension, and other special travelers cannot participate in skydiving. If any physical discomfort occurs during the activity, participants must immediately inform their instructor.
8. If travelers cancel or miss the scheduled trip time due to personal reasons, or are denied participation by the base for not meeting the project requirements, rescheduling or refunds will not be available.
9. Dress code: Please wear sportswear/casual clothes and sneakers. Sandals, high heels, low-cut tops, shirts, and short-sleeved T-shirts are not allowed. We recommend comfortable, casual clothing with minimal buttons, paired with sneakers or canvas shoes. Ensure your footwear is secure and won't come off during activities—high heels and flip-flops are prohibited.
10. This itinerary does not include soft drinks, meals, or transfer service.
11. Skydiving at Palm Island is open year-round, while desert skydiving is closed from May to September and also closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, reopening in October.
12. If the activity cannot proceed normally due to weather conditions or other reasons from the base, a full refund will be issued.
13. Please be sure to bring your original passport or a photo of your passport to participate in the itinerary. Staff members will verify your passport information.

15. Important note: For your safety and that of your instructor, if you currently have or have had any of the following medical conditions, please submit a doctor's certificate before skydiving and request an application form from customer support to complete: epilepsy, severe head injury, blindness, brain or nervous system disorders, high blood pressure, heart disease, dislocated limbs or shoulders, periodic illnesses, diabetes, mental illness, alcohol addiction, etc.
16. If you book the self-drive package, it only includes the skydiving fee and you need to go to the base yourself; or if you book the package with transfer, it includes the skydiving fee plus join-in transfer (transfer hotels are only for Dubai city hotels).
17. If you have booked a package including transfers and the skydiving company cancels the skydiving activity due to weather conditions or other reasons, please contact customer support immediately (note: transfer fees for the package are non-refundable).
Date changes are not permitted after booking. Once booked, the date cannot be changed.
