Reviews: Tromso reindeer sledding and Sami culture experience with northern lights hunting in Norway
Guest User2024-12-23
The reindeer feeding, aurora seeing, and Sami culture tour offered a unique cultural and natural experience, earning a solid 80/100. The highlight was undoubtedly the Sami guide, who passionately shared stories and traditions, providing insight into the rich heritage of the Sami people. Aurora viewing was enchanting, especially under clear skies, and created unforgettable memories. However, the reindeer feeding segment fell slightly short of expectations. The reindeers were sometimes aggressive, which made the activity a bit intimidating and less enjoyable. Additionally, feeding them lacked interactivity and became repetitive, leaving some participants bored despite the guide's best efforts to keep the experience engaging. While the tour could benefit from more dynamic activities involving reindeers, the guide’s enthusiasm and storytelling added warmth to the experience. Overall, this tour is a worthwhile opportunity to connect with sami culture

We liked it very well. Greatly organized. Very friendly people there on site. Heated toilet facilities. Eating and drinking on site. Options to warm up. Be quite close to the pensions. Touch, feed, spend time as long as you are on the ground. Really dead. (We knew this with the retirement of Finland, but there it was not allowed to touch the animals. ) With friendly greetings family Martin - Koch
