Reviews: From Edinburgh: Scottish Highlands Tour with Whisky Tasting

Neck, our chauffeur, took us through the history of Edinburgh and it's evolution, which was informative and nice. Stunning scenery of the Scottish countryside and pleasant climate were something we expected and it exceeded our expectations. 10-15 extra time could be provided during breakfast and lunchbreak to explore the places bit more.

We took this tour with Craig as our guide. His local knowledge and humour made this tour very memorable. Craig got to know every guest and tailored his tour to the group. Highly recommend this tour and especially the tour guide Craig.

It was a great trip. We had a chance to see snow. The tour guide is friendly and funny. But it had to spend most of time on the bus and we had only 5 minutes to see highland cows and to take photos at glencoe just for 20 minutes. It was a bit rush. For the cruise, we had around 2 hr but there was many travellers, so we had to rush to have lunch and take cursie on time. The views are amazing. It'd be better if we have more stops to take photos and to feel the scenery.

It’s really a fantastic experience to indulge in Harry Potter atmosphere all the trip. I was impressed with Sophie’s driving skills, and thank her for introducing many Harry Potter movie shooting spots along the way with the movie soundtrack. The train was sorta pricey, but it’s a fun experience :D I had my magical hot chocolate, saw people taking photos of the train under the huge bridge. If they could decorate the interior of the train, that would make it more worth the price. All in all, I still liked the day trip.
