If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

- Passengers need to take off shoes before boarding Sleeping buses.
- This activity provides group pick-up in other locations by shuttle bus, therefore pick up/drop off duration can be up to 1 hour. Please arrive at the pick-up point on time as notified by the supplier. No cancellations or refunds will be issued after the scheduled time.
- For pick up/drop off, the operator use car/minivan for shuttle service to transfer customers to the office to board the big sleeping bus there. Pick up time is 15-45mins before departure. Drop off time is 15-45mins after arrival.
- This activity is a shared transfer therefore the trip duration is approximate and might fluctuate due to external factors such as traffic, weather conditions, toilet break, etc.
