Reviews: Ninh Binh - Da Nang - Hoi An VIP Cabin Sleeper Bus by G8 Open Tour [Official]

It was great that we could share a capsule. We're a couple—both 180 cm tall. It felt a bit cramped inside, as we couldn't stretch out. The cabin is advertised as being 185 cm long, but in reality, that's only true if you count one spot in the capsule. The capsules themselves are comfortable and spacious. Massage services are available. We traveled on a KIA bus and occupied the bottom berth. One negative point is the travel time from Ninh Binh to Da Nang. We left at night and the drive took 12 hours. The ad also listed a free transfer to a hotel within 10 km of the city center, but we weren't provided with one. We had to book a taxi ourselves.

Excellent organization. They sent precise directions to the bus stop and the bus number via WhatsApp. There were two stops along the way, where you could go to the restroom (for a fee of 3,000 rubles) and grab a bite to eat. In Sapa, a free shuttle took you to the hotel. The downside was the air conditioning on the bus was so loud that I had to wear all my warm clothes.

Reviews: Chapa Express - Sleeper Train One Way/ Round Way From Hanoi to Sapa And Vice Versa

The train experience was very enjoyable. The double room was comfortable with its private space, the beds were clean, and the bathroom was also comfortable and clean. The only downside was the loud engine noise from the train, making it difficult to fall asleep, but overall, the experience was very enjoyable. I was even upgraded to a room on the return trip – I was so happy!

Very convenient service. They contacted me via WhatsApp and explained everything. They reminded me the day before. The driver also specified the car. Everything was clear and convenient. And most importantly, it was fast.
