Hong Kong-made genuine beef balls; Celebrating 60th anniversary
Adhere to natural raw materials, do not add flavors, artificial colors or preservatives
"Zhenxing Meatball" was founded in 1967
The founder, Mr. Chen Nankui, originally from Chaoyang, came to Hong Kong in the early 1950s and started making meatballs in Kowloon Walled City using the traditional method of hammering beef with an iron rod. This led to the development of a family-run, single-purpose meatball manufacturing and wholesale business.
"Original, natural, healthy, and dedicated service" are the principles and commitments that the founder adheres to.
Since the beginning of the business, we have had strict requirements on the quality of raw materials. We only use high-quality raw meat materials, such as whole beef hind leg, beef tendon, cuttlefish meat, pork leg, etc., and never add miscellaneous meat, minced meat, animal offal and other materials. To this day, meatballs on the market blindly use various types of additives and chemical materials in pursuit of refreshing and chewy taste and to reduce costs. However, the founder of "Zhengxing Meatballs" relies on experience and traditional craftsmanship. Adhering to the concept of "original flavor, natural and healthy", they use temperature control methods to maintain the natural elasticity, original meat flavor and gravy of the meat, and give full play to the "original flavor" food concept. It can be said to be a conscientious masterpiece of meat products.

In the 1970s, "Zhenxing Meatballs" moved to Tai Po.
Production scale, capacity, and wholesale offerings gradually expanded, while the company's commitment to dedicated service began to be refined. Zhenxing Meatballs pioneered wholesale delivery services, offering not only bicycle deliveries within the region but also international delivery. Entering the 1970s, Zhenxing Meatballs embarked on a glorious journey in meatball production and wholesale, becoming a widely recognized meatball manufacturer and wholesaler. The founding family's business philosophy never rests on its laurels, constantly staying ahead of food trends and customer tastes. As early as the 1990s, they pioneered Taiwanese meatball products, including cheese-filled meatballs, imitation lobster meatballs, and fish roe-filled meatballs.
The year 2007 was a truly earth-shaking transformation for "Zhengxing Meatballs." Faced with increasingly challenging market competition, food safety, production costs, and technological challenges, the second generation of successors, determined to continue development under the principles of "original flavor, naturalness, health, and dedicated service," expanded their production line again, relocating from a shop in Tai Po to a factory building in Fo Tan, establishing a fully automated plant to further enhance their technology and production capacity. In recent years, they have also developed production lines in Taiwan to manufacture trendy Taiwanese meatballs using their own recipes. The now popular Grilled Cheese Meatballs and Imitation Scallop Grilled Meatballs have laid the foundation for "Da Po Zhenxing" to develop into a supplier of Taiwanese meatballs.
The long-established "Zhen Xing Meatball" shop underwent a comprehensive renovation following the factory relocation and was renamed "Tai Po Zhen Xing Premium Meatball Specialty Shop," focusing on retail business. Besides offering meatball products from Hong Kong and Taiwan, it also provides seasonal frozen seafood, premium steaks, meat, hot pot and barbecue food, aiming to provide customers with a diverse range of food choices. In line with the rise of online shopping and adhering to the principle of "dedicated service," the online retail business "Fei B Food Express" came into being, providing customers with online ordering and delivery services.
The new generation of management understands that the "Tai Po Chun Hing" brand carries the founder's ideals and beliefs in food manufacturing. Brand development has become the core of the company's development. In addition to registering the trademark, they also actively promote the brand. From 2009 to 2010, they participated in Hong Kong's most popular food exhibitions and launched "100 meatballs for $1" and "1 lobster for $1". These promotions shocked the food industry and received widespread coverage from the Hong Kong media and attracted the participation of the public.
Tai Po Chun Hing has been in business for nearly half a century and remains resilient, earning the esteem and trust of both the industry and its customers. Tai Po Chun Hing will continue to strive to produce "original, natural, and healthy" food, serving Hong Kong with a professional and dedicated service.
