- For Vietnamese people, coffee is not just a beverage, but a life ritual and source of national pride.
Part 2 - From Bean to Cup: Six Cups, Six Stories (90 min)
Under the guidance of the instructor, you will personally craft six types of Vietnamese coffee, each with its own unique history and soul.
- Menu 1 - Son La Pour-Over Coffee: Made with highland coffee beans from Son La in Northern Vietnam, featuring a light aroma and distinct floral notes, representing the modern side of Vietnamese coffee.
- Menu 2 - Condensed milk coffee: A daily cup in Hanoi, slowly brewed Robusta using a drip filter, then mixed with condensed milk - strong yet mellow.
- Menu 3 - Egg coffee: In the 1940s when milk was scarce in Hanoi, people used whipped egg yolks as a substitute for milk foam, giving birth to this iconic Vietnamese coffee.
- Menu 4 - Coconut Coffee: From the coconut-rich regions of Southern Vietnam, this drink blends Robusta espresso with a cool, sweet tropical flavor.
- Menu 5 - Salted Coffee: Originating from Hue in central Vietnam, a pinch of salt enhances the sweetness of condensed milk, creating a balanced and gentle flavor.
- Menu 6 - Creative Cocktail Coffee: A bold yet traditional creation that blends Vietnamese coffee with rice wine.
