Mainland residents need to bring a valid Entry-Exit Permit for Hong Kong and Macau with a valid endorsement. Children need to bring their household registration (hukou) or birth certificate (additional documents are required for free-entry children).
Foreign travelers must carry their passport and valid visa, ensuring the documents remain valid throughout the entire trip.
Baggage Regulations
Free baggage allowance: Each passenger can carry 20 kg (volume ≤0.3 m³) of luggage. Free allowance for children is halved.
Excess baggage fees: $20 for every 5 kg over the weight limit and $20 for every 0.1 cubic meter over the size limit. Pole-shaped items must not exceed 2m in length.
Prohibited items include flammable, explosive, live animals, and similar articles. Perishable items such as seafood must be sealed in packaging.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 18:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 15% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 18:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 18:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
