I recently booked the shuttle bus from Huanglongjiuzhai to Jiuzhaigou on Trip.com and had a really great experience. A day before departure, the service team contacted me with very clear and detailed instructions. They told me exactly how to get to the bus station, provided the driver’s name, and even shared the bus license plate number. This made it extremely easy to identify the correct shuttle and avoided any confusion — especially helpful when traveling in a new place. The journey took about 2 hours and the price was very reasonable for such a convenient transfer. The driver didn’t speak English, but if you show your hotel address in Chinese or ask for help, they will do their best to assist you. Overall, the whole experience felt very professional and well-organized. I highly recommend booking this shuttle, especially if you’re traveling solo like us — it’s a stress-free and reliable option.

The product itself is good. However, the driver tends to arrive late for pickup or gets delayed as he picks up more passengers or picks up a friend in his car along the way. Thanks to that, I experienced the cold wind hitting my body. Still, at least we arrived at the train station safely with our suitcases....

Worried about getting carsick on the bus, I opted for a minivan. I used this company for both the outbound and return trips. The driver from the high-speed rail station to Jiuzhaigou was exceptionally good; he was very enthusiastic and friendly, telling us a lot about the scenic spots along the way. He was easy to talk to and drove very smoothly. The driver on the return trip from Jiuzhaigou to the high-speed rail station was also very punctual and provided excellent service. I highly recommend him!

Booking is easy. Before your trip, staff will send the pick-up point via message, including the license plate number and driver's ID. You can request assistance from staff via chat at any time, and they respond very quickly—almost no waiting time. The luxury bus has a 2+1 seating configuration with comfortable, spacious seats. The driver arrives on time, sometimes only a few minutes late due to traffic, which is understandable.

Driving was smooth, car was excellent, you have to book this trip because going to Siguniang and Bipenggou was a very long way ahead. Very recommended to book this experience
