Nice stop on the way to LaFortuna. Small dining area, but nice views. You can purchase a tour. Parking is secure.

The cocoa plantation is small, but you can see everything: from the trees to the processing stage. It's very informative, and the guides are very friendly. The highlight, of course, for young and old alike, is tasting the chocolate – a word of warning: it's not as sweet as the kind you find in the supermarket.


